December 16th, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in christmas, specials

Note to Immacu-10 Power Users

Today is your lucky day! I am making this short and sweet, so get ready.

I have 10 cases of Immacu-10 all-purpose cleaner and stain remover that I am offering a Special Deal on, but it ain’t gonna last long. The Special Price ends at 12 midnight tonight Central Time. That’s 12:00 pm midnight (CST) on 12/16/08.

You can get a case of twelve (12) 32-ounce bottles of Immacu-10 for the Super Low Price of $181.00 That’s crazy. I’ve never offered them at this price before, but I’m feeling generous today. And, I am really curious to see who would be the first to respond. One of my existing customers or somebody totally new to the family?

New to the Family?

If you happen to be new to this concentrated cleaner, you can read what all it works on and how to use it on the instructions page. In short, it is non-toxic and is safe to use around kids and pets. Immacu-10 is also hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and the product is odorless (our new puppy has isn’t sniffed at it yet). It contains no ammonia, no phosphates, no solvents and no butozyethanol.

Get it Shipped to You Before Christmas

If you are an Immacu-10 Power User and need more than the one or two bottles you normally order every month or two, you can get Immacu-10 before Christmas using the United States Postal Service or UPS, but you need to order today to make sure. And, remember this offer is only good today.

Click over to the Specials Page and scroll down to the bottom of the page to see this Special Offer, which is only available today (12/16/08 through midnight Central Time). Depending on what time I receive the order today, the shipment will go out either today or tomorrow and will usually arrive in 2-3 days on a normal basis. Of course, the Christmas season may slow things down a day or so, but it will still arrive before Christmas if you take advantage of this super pricing and order today.

Count Your Blessings

Thank you much. Gotta go now and take care of these orders. Before I go, just a quick reminder today to count your blessings. Say it out loud … to yourself or to someone else. Most of us have so much to be thankful for and it is a great habit to be thankful for what you are blessed with and to show your thankfulness to others … especially during this time of year, but really all throughout the year. (Note to self: take your own advice, Phil).

Puppy Cleanup on Aisle One

December 4th, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in odorless, pets, puppy

New Addition to the Family

Our Newest Member of the Family

The Newest Member of our Family

Ever wonder why in the world people get a dog in the first place? I’ll admit I have, especially when I’ve gotten one for one of my kids and he/she seems to quickly lose interest.

Well, the situation has changed a bit this time. My post-high school daughter bought a really cute English Bulldog a couple of weeks ago. He was actually the runt of the litter of six, but he is making up for lost time, I think.

My daughter works full time now during the day, so the dog is essentially in the hands of mom and dad since we both work at home. Just when the nest was about empty, here comes another time-magnet. Does it ever stop?

I digress.

Puppy Does What Puppies Do

You can probably imagine where this is going. Puppies take the call from Mother Nature wherever they happen to be at the time. We’ve been through this process before, but I don’t know if we have gotten better at it or not.

One thing I do know, though, is that it is helpful to have your cleanup supplies handy at all times. It also helps to have the time to be able to watch that little pup like a hawk, get him picked up and over to the puppy pad as soon as you see him “pick up the phone”, and help him to answer that call in the right place.

When he “misses” the call and/or answers in the wrong place (i.e., on the tray in his crate), you need a product that cleans up well and is very safe for the dog. Of course, Immacu-10 works well on both fronts and is the product that I use exclusively, whether an accident occurs on the carpet, the wood floors, or in his crate.

Puppy Can’t Smell

Our 8 week English Bulldog Puppy

Our 9-week English Bulldog Puppy

With our other dog, a Puggle named Suki, I had noticed in the past that she never sniffed her crate after an occasional accident and the ensuing cleanup with Immacu-10. I thought it would be interesting to see if the newest member of the family, at only 9 weeks old, would detect an odor from Immacu-10.

Thor hasn’t disappointed me so far. In fact, not even an hour ago, right after he had received a bunch of praise for “answering the call” on the puppy pad, he “missed a call” and really messed up his crate.

I reached for the Immacu-10 spray and some paper towels and got to work. Minutes later, the crate was clean again and Thor was ready to get back in. I purposely did not add back a towel for him to lay on this time to see how he would react. He just walked in and started chewing at one of his toys, without so much as a sniff around the crate.

I sat there and watched him for a while, to see if he would get a whiff of the cleaner, but he didn’t do anything close. He never smelled anything.

You Gotta Get Some of This Stuff

What do you take away from this article? Well, I think it’s pretty obvious, but just in case you aren’t getting it yet … Immacu-10 is odorless. “It don’t smell”, as my Deep South family would say.

If you are allergic to smelly cleaners or you just don’t care for a cleaner that has some sort of odor to it, you gotta get your hands on this stuff. You can have a bottle or two in your hands in just a few days. All you have to do is click over to the Order Page, fill out a little bit of information, and I will make sure it gets sent out to you very soon. You can also send some to your mom or a friend or a neighbor who needs a little gentle encouragement in this area, if you so desire.

Want to save a little money? You should click over to the Specials Page to see if one of the special packages fits your needs.

Thanks for checking us out. Reach out to me if you have any questions or need more information - my contact information is below.

Mary Kay Cosmetics Networking Night

December 3rd, 2008 by admin | 1 Comment | Filed in networking

The Setup

This past Monday night, I attended a Mary Kay Cosmetics Networking Night at The Edge of Brentwood Salon, in Brentwood, Tennessee. The invitation came from a friend of mine, Connie Hood, who is an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics. Admittedly, this event was not something that I have sat around dreaming about, since I am personally not into the makeup thing, but I thought it might be interesting and would be worth the chance, if I gained some new business.

Out of ignorance, I guess, I thought the goal would have been to do the meet-and-greet thing, and then be “sold” on the virtues of the Mary Kay line as well as be pressured into purchasing some of their products. The “networking” was maybe just some sort of in-house code word for bring in new customers. Of course, I was a little curious since I am a guy, after all and besides, I had no real reason to doubt the motives of Connie, a sharp, professional and honest person.

The Real Deal

Being a male at a Mary Kay Cosmetics meeting, I knew I would be outnumbered … but I didn’t expect to be the only guy. But, who’s complaining, right? I mean, what red-blooded American guy would not love the chance to be in front of and surrounded by a group of women who 1) are into making money, 2) have brought some food, and 3) might want to do business with me? There are worse things in life.

Turns out, this particular setup is really a great thing. I’m sure one of the underlying motives is to ultimately sell Mary Kary and to maybe recruit some new sales people. However, networking really is the name of the game here.

After a quick meet-and-greet and a formal introduction to the group by the lead host, each guest businessperson is given a 2-minute window in which to introduce their business and what they do/offer, and to include any other details, like specials or giveaways or discounts that might be available to this select group.

It’s funny - 2 minutes can seem like both a short time and a long time, at the same time. Especially when you are standing in front of a large number of women, which could be a little intimidating to some guys.

Face to Face

After the 2-minute presentations, another Mary Kay person gave about a 10-minute look at Mary Kay, the company, and the opportunities that are offered to individuals who are interested in becoming a representative. One thing I learned is that Mary Kay now offers more than just the pink Cadillacs that have become a singular symbol of their most successful representatives. There are 7 models offered now, if I remember right, and they are now offered in a black color.

On this particular evening, guests were allowed to set up a display table if they so desired, and could include business cards, brochures and/or “goodies” in a bag, which was given to each person in attendance upon leaving. In addition, there was plenty of time for further discussions to get to know each other and to learn more about what each person offers.

One of this group’s stated goals is to really try to help other small business people who are looking to make contacts and grow and gain new business for themselves and their companies. It seems to work well - and is an excellent format and opportunity to increase contacts and learn some interesting things about other people and small businesses in the greater community of Middle Tennessee.

Who Was There

I attended the meeting to basically hawk Immacu-10, of course, and to meet some folks who might need a new web site, a re-design of their existing site, or maintenance on their existing site. I have another business that focuses on small business web design, called SpotOn WebSites - it has been developing a life of its own, through a number of the bed and breakfast contacts I developed from my time as VP of Operations at Bed & Breakfast Inns ONLINE (www.bbonline.com). I was the only web site design person there, which is one thing I appreciate about their format. They try hard not to have guests that are in overlapping or directly competitive businesses, at any given meeting.

Here’s a look at some of the other guest business persons who were there, in alphabetical order. If you have a need, give them a call (and let them know I sent you over).

Immacu-10 Cleaner Before-and-After Photos

December 1st, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in before and after, garden tools, photos, surface rust

I have had people say that they want to see more before-and-photos of Immacu-10 at work. You can see one such example on one of this site’s static pages - Before and After Photos - where I used Immacu-10 to clean blood from my son’s white karate uniform.

Send Your Photos and a Story

There are several other pictures in my files of Immacu-10 in action. However, I would REALLY love to see some other examples of people showing before-and-after photos or videos of Immacu-10 doing its thing. If you have any of those, or take some in the future, and you would like to show them off, you can send them to me at the following email address: info [at] immacu-10 [dot] com (Please include a description and the method(s) that you used, if you are so inclined. This would really help other people who are looking to use Immacu-10 in other ways.)

I have found that many customers are not using Immacu-10 to its full extent. They generally use it on one or two things, and that is all. If you click over to the instructions page, you can see there are many surfaces that can be cleaned and many places where it can be used as a spot remover.

One thing I always try to remind people is to not use other products on stains or surfaces, before using Immacu-10. Using hard-core products will often “set in” the stain, and then nothing will work to remove the stain. Or, the alternative is very expensive.

Try using Immacu-10 first, at a mildly concentrated level, and then work your way up to a heavier concentration of Immacu-10 to water. This will likely get you the result you are wanting. Be sure to review the disclaimer page to see where Immacu-10 will likely not work.

Immacu-10 Cleans Surface Rust on Garden Pruners

In the meantime, before I receive more photos from you, here is a before-and-after view of Immacu-10 that shows how it works on surface rust.

Garden Pruners, Before

Garden Pruners, Before

Garden Pruners, After

Garden Pruners, After

As you can see from the pictures above, Immacu-10 removed most of the surface rust from the garden pruners. I had inadvertently left the pruners outside, and could not find them for a couple of weeks. In that period of time, some rust set in on them.

Putting Immacu-10 to the test, I got out my trusty spray bottle of Immacu-10 and went to work. Surface rust is not the easiest thing to remove, and I had to work at it a bit, but the results are pretty strong. I have also used Immacu-10 to clean surface rust from bicycles and scooters. For an all-purpose cleaner that works on many types of surfaces and items, from glass and mirrors to ketchup and mustard, it did a commendable job on these particular surface rust items.

As a concentrated product, Immacu-10 provides a great value for household, sporting, office, automotive, professional cleaning needs, and much more.

Christmas 2008 Special

December 1st, 2008 by admin | No Comments | Filed in christmas, holiday, specials
Merry Christmas

Merry ChristmasWith the economy in the shape it is in this year, it seems that about every company you see out there is offering specials or discounts on their products.

Well, i-10 Group, distributor of Immacu-10 super liquid concentrate all-purpose cleaner and stain remover, is no different. Besides the regular monthly specials that we offer, we’ve got a Christmas Special that may help you in your holiday season cleaning or maybe your Christmas gift giving this year.

Person that is hard to shop for

While giving Immacu-10 as a Christmas gift may not be as glamorous as a new Ferrari or a diamond ring, it could be just the ticket for that person on your list who is hard to shop for at this time of year. You can bet that the recipient will not be expecting a bottle of Immacu-10 under their tree! You will certainly gain an element of surprise when you wrap this present and put in under the tree.

It is not fancy

What you can give to your friends and family this Christmas season is a no-frills, down-to-earth bottle of hardworking, blue-collar cleaner that will aid the recipient in his or her cleaning and stain-removing tasks at home, in the office, or just about anywhere. Immacu-10 is a multi-purpose cleaner, with the added bonus of being very safe to use around kids and pets. It is non-toxic, hypo-allergenic, biodegradable and odorless, so you can use it with virtually no worries. Of course, with any cleaning product, you would want to be responsible and not leave it laying around where kids or pets could get into it. That’s just common sense.

How to use Immacu-10

There are many potential uses with Immacu-10. Simple directions are listed on the bottle, and those directions are included on the brochure that is included with each order. You can also see many of the uses on the instructions page on this site. I am sure that you can find many more uses, as well. One customer is allergic to a lot of products that are on the market. She told me one day that she has used Immacu-10 for washing her hair, in the laundry, and in her dishwasher. I have not gone there yet (washing hair and dishes), but I have tried Immacu-10 on many things with a lot of success. I still don’t have much luck with grease, but I hear it can be done. Customer feedback is important, so feel free to contact me to share your story about how you use Immacu-10.

The Christmas Special

Two Immacu-10 bottles, One Plastic Spray Bottle

Two Immacu-10 bottles, One Plastic Spray Bottle

Good through December 31, 2008, this Christmas Special includes two 32-ounce bottles of Immacu-10, one 32-ounce Plastic Spray Bottle, and free shipping. Pretty simple, huh?

All you have to do is click over to the Specials page, scroll down a bit (past the two current monthly specials) to find the Christmas 2008 Special.

Then, click the “Add to Cart” button to go to the Online Shopping Cart, where you can complete your purchase. The online shopping cart is a separate, secure web site and one that I have used for over two years.

Fill in your order information and complete the order. You can pay by using PayPal, submit your Credit Card information, or select the “call” or “fax” option if you are not comfortable using your credit card while on the internet. If I cannot answer immediately, please leave me a message and I will call you back to get your credit card information.

Once you have finished entering all the information for the order and you get a confirmation page, you can just click the www.immacu-10.com link to get back to this site.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Thank you for reading this post. I wish you the merriest and most enjoyable Christmas and Holiday Season that you have ever had!
